Ever since that California law passed, forcing people to pasteurize almonds, the entire health movement has been stuck using bitter European almonds instead if they want raw Almonds. I'm tired of these bitter almonds! Well, we just found a source of incredible, sweet Almonds. We only have them in 20lb bags and they are not Certified Organic. However, the trees they come from have not been sprayed since 2009 and the growers use all organic practices. Therefore, I feel that they are just as good as organic and these are in fact the Almonds that my family and I personally live off. They are absolutely incredible! These delicious, sweet Almonds are also the sole ingredient in our incredible new Stone-Ground Almond Butter. Yep! The Almond Butter that I personally make with my own two hands in my home is now available on our website! It took me a couple of weeks to produce the 80 jars that we have available on our website right now. One of the issues is that my family probably personally goes through 7 jars a week, lol...so it's tough to keep up with demand around here... Anyhow, I can't offer these Almond Butters 'At-Cost' during this phase of our development, but they are available on our website right now. I'm just trying out a soft push at the end of this newsletter to see how this Almond Butter does, because I know that I won't be able to keep up with demand otherwise. Without a shadow of a doubt, this Almond Butter is the best Almond Butter that has ever been seen in the history of mankind, period. It literally tastes like liquid caramel... I have five counter-top Stone Grinders running at the same time, and I stone grind these Almond Butters for many days. I seriously don't understand why all of these other Stone-Ground Almond Butters on the market do not reach the consistency and taste that I'm able to produce in my own home. I'm guessing that they are using commercial Stone Grinders that somehow don't grind as well as these mini counter top models, or maybe they are just processing so much at a time that they'd have to keep it in the Stone Grinders longer than me, in order to reach the consistency that I reach with the smaller machines.
