The Ingredients:
Pure Therapeutic essential oils of Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark (and Leaf) Clove and Eucalyptus radiata
Safety Data: This blend may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental eye contact, put a few drops of any pure carrier oil in the eye and call your doctor if necessary. Never use water to dilute or rinse any oil.
Application: Diffuse for 15-30 minutes every 3-4 hours at work or home environment. Apply to the bottoms of the feet. Dilute one drop in 5 drops of a carrier oil and massage over thymus. It is safest when applied to the bottoms of the feet, as it may create a burning sensation on the skin. It is best to dilute 20-80 with carrier oil such as Olive Oil or Sweet Almond oil before applying topically. Topically, rub on throat, stomach and abdomen. For headaches, put one drop on tongue and push tongue against the roof of the mouth.
